The Conference

The SIU Conference this year will be hosted under a new format.  This year we plan to run a 3-part series.

  • 29th July 2017 - From Surviving to Thriving - Full Day Conference (Adam Ramsey & Mark McCrindle)
  • 21st September – Sexuality and God’s View - Thursday Evening (Matt Sparks)
  • Date to be Confirmed – LGBT+ and how we as Churches interact in this culture. - Thursday Evening

We have invited Adam Ramsey to present 3 teaching sessions covering

  1. Thriving in Gratitude (Psalm 131)
  2. Thriving in Priorities (Acts 6:1-7)
  3. Thriving on Mission (Acts 4:23-31)
Mark McCrindle will be sharing the data collected from the Faith and Belief research and breaking this down to help us as churches understand how the Community sees the church and what we need to do to connect with them.
