Thrive in the Hunter is back on!
Join with women from all over the Hunter valley, and beyond, as we discover what it means to connect deeply with others as we centre our lives in the person of Jesus Christ.
Go deeper as our speakers unpack key passages from the book of Philippians, immerse yourself in the collective worship of women from all around the Hunter Valley. Enjoy a sister-hood of community around a scrumptious selection of afternoon tea treats and a delicious choice of evening meals.

Our Speakers
Amy Townsend
Amy Townsend is a Sydney-based speaker, preacher, and host of the "Salt - Conversations with Amy" podcast. Amy teaches the Bible, trains Gospel workers, and produces Gospel resources in various church and parachurch roles.
Amy currently works as an Assistant Pastor at St Marks Freshwater, and as a Community and Student Care Worker at SMBC.
Amy is married to Jesse and has two children, Penny and Noah. In her spare time she loves drinking tea, making jewellery, and propagating succulents.
Ebony Thomas
A recent graduate from SMBC, Ebony is passionate about helping young women navigate the world they live in by finding their identity in Jesus.
Ebony works as a disability support worker in the Hunter Valley. She’s loves a well written story, good conversations with close friends, and quiet cafes.
